For mobile tasks in hospitality and gastronomy SUMI offers a particularly slim mini payment terminal: the P2 MINI. Its appearance will remind you of a smartphone and operating it is just as simple – thanks in part to the widely-used Android operating system. Additionally, it offers significantly more functions and technical highlights than a common smartphone, including, among others, an integrated reader for magnetic stripe cards, IC cards, NFC and QR codes. This allows users to pay without cash.
The P2 MINI features powerful equipment, including a long-lasting 2,500 mAh lithium-polymer battery, a 1.8 GHz Cortex-A53 quad-core processor, 1 GB RAM and 8 GB ROM or optionally 2 GB RAM and 16 GB ROM. On the front there is also a capacitive 5" HD display with multi-touch technology and a 0.3-megapixel camera. The rear 5-megapiel auto-focus camera is well suited for capturing common 1D and 2D barcodes. Depending on the need there is also a model with an integrated barcode scanner available.
