The MICROTOUCH system represents the intermediate proposal in the field of multi-service systems. The central unit is represented by the QS-MICROTOUCH dispenser with 9.7 "touch-screen interface and 80 mm thermal paper rolls, on which the SOFTOUCH management software is pre-installed, including licenses for virtual call clients. .
This little genius is able to manage up to 12 different services and allows the display of calls on the summary LCD monitor (standard type, with HDMI input) and on the individual operator stations (counters, rooms, clinics, etc.) via LCD display 10 ". There are two graphic call layouts available in the MICROTOUCH system and they differ according to the way the information is displayed: In compliance with the law, all the articles in the MICROTOUCH line are provided with a CE declaration of conformity.
It is also possible to choose the layout for the summary display: Classic display with 4 or 3 elements history and Display with a summary of all configured services. Our summary displays, with proprietary software, can show weather and news information, speak the shift number and related service name, and can also play a playlist of multimedia content for advertising purposes.
As for the numbering progress, it is possible to rely on four different solutions: The wired table console, the WiFi table console, the virtual console for Android smartphones or the virtual console for Windows.
